  Description Les oxydes K2O, TiO2, Fe2O3 ont été utilisés comme des matériaux de départ ; pour synthétiser l’oxyde non stoechiométriqueK2.3Fe2.3Ti5.7O16. Ce dernier cristallise dans le système orthorhombique, dont le groupe d’espace est Cmcm ; avec lesparamaîtres de maille suivants : a= 3.8097 (2) Å b = 15.6780 (16) Å c = 2.9736 (2) Å.Les résultats d’affinement de la structure cristalline de cet oxyde ; par la méthode de RIETVELD ; en utilisant le modèlestructural K0.8Li0.26Ti1.734O4 [1], montre que le composé K2.3Fe2.3Ti5.7O16 est caractérisé par une structure lamellaire où les ionsdu potassium K+ sont localisés entre les couches octaédriques (Fe, Ti)O6.  K2O, TiO2, Fe2O3 oxides were utilised as a starting materials in the synthesis of non- stoechiometric K2.3Fe2.3Ti5.7O16 oxide.This later crystallises in the orthorhombic system with Cmcm space group and has the lattice parameters of:a= 3.8097 (2) Å b = 15.6780 (16) Å c = 2.9736 (2) Å.The results of refinements by RIETVELD method in which we have utilised K0.8Li0.26Ti1.734O4 [1] oxide as starting model ;show that K2.3Fe2.3Ti5.7O16 oxide is characterised by a layer structure, where the potassium ions K+ are situated between thelayers.
