Description |
L’objectif de notre travail consiste à étudier le procédé de fabrication électrochimique de la poudre de fer sur une cathode métallique. Pour cela un certain nombre de paramètres susceptibles d’avoir une influence sur les résultats ont été étudiés : la nature de la solution alcaline (NaOH, NaOH), la concentration de l’oxyde de fer ou hydroxyde de fer utilisé, la densité de courant, le temps d’électrolyse, le mode d’agitation ainsi que la nature de la cathode. Ce sujet a aussi été l’occasion de rechercher les conditions d’obtention d’un co-dépôt fer-métal afin d’obtenir du fer dopé. Sous cet aspect, des tests successifs ont été réalisés pour caractériser le produit obtenu tels que, la diffraction des rayons X, la microscopie optique, la morphologie par microscopie électronique à balayage suivi d’une microanalyse (EDS). The principal objective of this work consists to study the procedure of electrochemical elaboration of iron powder on metallic cathode. Many parameters susceptible to have an influence were studied: The nature of alkaline solution (NaOH, KOH), the iron oxide or hydroxide concentration, the current density, the electrolyze time, the agitation mode and the nature of the cathode. This subject permits also to define the conditions to obtain a co-deposition iron-metal and so easily doped iron. Under this aspect, successive tests were realized in order to characterize the obtained product. The X rays diffraction, optical microscopy, SEM and EDS were used.
