Description |
The shaping of a design is a thought or existential construction. The first aim is to promote reconciliation of all complex components. The delimitation of an urban system is to realize the conceptualization of loads capacity. It always starts with simple components and organisms, sometimes separated, to become more complex over time. It is possible to compare it with healthy body. Urban units are destined to satisfy optimally the physiographic, biological, sociological, aesthetic, technological, economic, legal and organizational criteria. The paper tents to answer the two following questions. Is the phenomenon of urban sprawl is unlimited? What are the criteria which determine the urban growth threshold in order to achieve better sustainable urban projects?

La mise en forme d’une conception est une construction pensée ou existentielle qui vise en premier lieu la réconciliation des composantes complexes. La délimitation d’un système urbain est de matérialiser la conceptualisation de la capacité des charges. Elle commence toujours par des composantes et d’organismes simples, parfois séparés, pour qu’ils se complexifient au fil du temps. C’est une possibilité de la comparer à un organe vivant et sain. Les unités urbaines sont appelées à satisfaire de manière optimale les critères suivants: physiographiques biologiques, sociologiques, esthétiques, technologiques, économiques, juridiques et organisationnels.Cet article trente de répondre aux deux questions suivantes. Le phénomène de l’étalement urbain est-il sans limite ? Quels sont les critères qui déterminent le seuil de croissance urbaine pour réaliser des projets urbains durables bien maitrisés ?
